FUP Draft MOU

When communities apply to HUD for the Family Unification Program, they must prove that their public housing authority and public child welfare organization are committed to a partnership. As proof of this commitment, HUD requires that a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by both parties is included with their application for FUP. Click here for a template of a typical FUP MOU. You must cross reference this sample MOU with the 2008 NOFA to ensure that it meets all of the requirements listed in the NOFA.
